Prospect Reef Resort and Spa is located on the island of Tortola, just minutes away from the capital city of Road Town. Tortola is the largest and most developed of the British Virgin Islands. But being only 3 by 12 miles (5-19 km) long, with an area of 21 square miles (54 sq km) and a population just over 13,225, Tortola is an island with stunning beaches, breathtaking views, caressed by year round trade winds and alluring Caribbean charm. For your comfort and convince, all guest rooms are equipped with a clock radio, iron and ironing boards, and a coffee maker. Most have hair dryers. For extra pillows, towels, fans, rollaway beds, etc., see the front desk staff.

All-Inclusive is an optional package plan at Prospect Reef Resort.
Arrival / Departure: Our official arrival time is 3:00 pm, but we will be pleased to accommodate early arrivals after rooms have been thoroughly cleaned and inspected.
Babysitting Service: Can be arranged with 24 hours advance notice. Contact the Front Desk.
Baggage Service: Call the Front Desk for assistance. Our porters will also be happy to arrange storage for early arrivals and late departures. (Though we are powerless to prevent the problem, our Front Desk staff will also be happy to assist you in locating luggage lost in transit.)
Banking Hours: Downtown are: 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
Banquets / Catering: We will gladly arrange private parties and receptions with a personal touch for groups of any size. Advance notice is appreciated.

Beauty Salon / Unisex Scissors: located in the shopping village behind the Reception Area, offers salon services for men and women from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Saturday. Appointments are always suggested.
Boutiques: Prospect Reef logo items, local fashions and sundries can be purchased at the resort boutiques, across from Scuttlebutt Pub.
Box Lunches: To take along on day trips and sightseeing excursions are available from Room Service. Please place your orders at least 12 hours in advance.
Business Center: Is located off of the main lobby for your convenience.
Car Rental: Dollar Rent-A-Car is located on property, directly across the driveway from the Scuttlebutt Pub. Office hours are 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, 7 days a week. Stop by the office for information.

With sloping reefs, mini-walls, coral gardens, bolder fields, ledges, tunnels and incredible wrecks, such as the wreck of the Rhone, choosing which sites to visit first is a real challenge, especially when there are over 70 established dive sites to consider!

At Prospect Reef Resort we offer a first class, 5 star professional PADI operator Baskin in the Sun, right on property in our own harbor, who can arrange a variety of diving packages for divers of all levels.

Through Baskin in the Sun, Prospect Reef Resort makes your diving holidays an adventure as well as a pampered combination. Upon arrival at the resort you are welcome to check-in with Baskin in the Sun who will greet you and address your particular requirements for your stay with us.

Your equipment can be stored directly with Baskin, just foot steps away from your room. This way you will only need to come and join us for either the morning or afternoon dives, where you will find everything in readiness for departure to the day's particular dive. No need to carry your equipment back and forth. Once you are checked in, all of your needs are taken care of by the very capable staff at Baskin.

Our reservations office will be able to assist you by setting up your complete diving itinerary in advance. Reservations for diving packages are recommended to make sure that you are able to fit in all of the diving you would like to accomplish while staying with us.

Continue your workout routine while on Holiday in our circular, air-conditioned Fitness Center. Enjoy the benefits of a one on one workout with our Certified Trainer or choose from a variety of Nautilus, Universal, Cardiovascular Equipment and Free Weights.

Join us for morning power walks along the seaside or swim laps in our 25 meter pool.

Our Nutritionist, Traci Worth, can also provide you with healthful guidance to enhance your fitness program. Traci can teach you at one of her Fabulous Caribbean Cuisine cooking classes held at the resort.

The Thalasso-Spa at Prospect Reef Resort on Tortola is a full-service European-style thalasso therapy spa. We have combined our knowledge of famous Thalgo Spas of France and have created a relaxing Caribbean Ocean front environment for your enjoyment.
