ACCOMMODATIONS:
Each of our 593 gracious and airy guestrooms captures the spirit of the sky and sea. Spacious, light and fresh, they all have a private balcony or terrace. Suites, Fairmont Deluxe and Southampton Premier rooms all have full ocean, harbor or golf views. The spectacular Fairmont Gold rooms and suites offer unsurpassed luxury and service. 

GUEST ROOMS:

• Standard Room:  A value room which is well appointed, however, it is slightly smaller than our other categories. These rooms have an obstructed view which is overlooking a rooftop or another building.  Bed Type: King or two Double beds Size: 450 sq. ft. View: obstructed view by roof tops

• Fairmont Deluxe Ocean:  Fairmont Deluxe ocean rooms are spacious rooms located between the 1st and 5th floors and have a private balcony. Bed Type: King bed or two Double beds Size: 450 sq. ft. View: guaranteed ocean view

• Premier Ocean:  Premier Ocean rooms are Junior Suites located between the 1st and 5th floors. Open-concept in design, these spacious bedrooms have a living room area within the same room.  Bed Type: King bed  Size: 600 sq. ft.  View: guaranteed ocean view 
• Southampton Premier Harbour:  Premier Harbour rooms are Junior Suites located between the 1st and 5th floors. Open-concept in design, these spacious bedrooms have a living room area within the same room. Bed Type: King bed Size: 600 sq. ft. View: harbour view

• One and Two-Bedroom Suites:  One and two bedroom Suites have one or two bedroom(s) and a separate living room equipped with a second TV and minibar. Luxuriously furnished, suites feature two private balconies and two  full bathrooms. They are available on all floors.  Bed Type: King bed and Sofa bed or two Double beds and Sofa bed.  Size: 1170 sq. ft.  View: ocean or harbor view
• Duplex Suites:  The two beautiful Duplex Suites are unique split level accommodations. On the upper level is a bedroom and marble bathroom with sunken bath. On the lower level is a large living room with floor-to-ceiling windows facing the ocean, wet bar and powder room. There is a wrap-around balcony off the living room. The suite also boasts a fully-equipped kitchen and a complete stereo system including CD player, VCR and television.  Bed Type: King bed.  Size: 1600 sq. ft.  View: guaranteed ocean view
• Penthouse Suites:  There are two of these luxurious suites on the 6th floor, both of which were newly renovated in 2001. Penthouse Suites have a large luxurious master bedroom with ensuite grand bathroom.  The suite also has a second bedroom, luxuriously appointed living-room with dining area, fully-equipped kitchen , wet bar and three other bathrooms. There are balconies off all rooms (except the second bedroom). There are two separate entrance doors.  Bed Type: King bed in master bedroom, one double bed in second bedroom . Sofa bed in the living room.  Size: 2900 sq. ft.  View: harbour and golf course view. 

FAIRMONT GOLD:
The Fairmont Gold floor at The Fairmont Southampton Princess offers an unsurpassed experience in service and luxury. The royal treatment begins from the moment you step up to the private check-in desk located on the top floor of the hotel, offering spectacular views of Bermuda. From the knowledgeable concierge team to the Fairmont Gold private lounge where you can relax and get complimentary deluxe continental breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening drinks and hors d'oeuvres, Fairmont Gold is dedicated to ensuring both leisure and business travelers a memorable Bermuda stay. The Library Den features the use of two laptop computers with complimentary Internet access, magazines and a collection of CDs for you to enjoy in the privacy of your sleeping room. Our concierge team is available to assist you from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

• Fairmont Gold One-Bedroom Suite:  The Fairmont Gold floor has a beautiful One-Bedroom Suite with a bedroom and separate living room. The suite also has two balconies, two full bathrooms and two writing desks.  Bed Type: two Double beds with Sofa bed.  Size: 1170 sq. ft.  View: full ocean view from each balcony 
• Fairmont Gold Two-Bedroom Suite:  The Fairmont Gold floor has a beautiful Two-Bedroom Suite with two bedroom and separate living room. Each room has a balcony, full bathroom and writing desk. From Caribbean to international cuisine, The Fairmont Southampton Princess offers guests a mouth-watering array of culinary creations. Be tempted by local seafood specialties at the Whaler Inn or the sumptuous steaks and chops at the Rib Room. For the finest in European cuisine dine in the elegant atmosphere of our two award-winning restaurants, the Newport Room and the Waterlot Inn. 

In-Room Dining is available 24-hours  where you may enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner or a late-night snack in the privacy of your room.  Jasmine Lounge also offers a light menu for  lunch  and dinner while our Wickets Brasserie is the ideal spot for family fare.

The Beach Cabana and Golf Hut offer a variety of sandwiches and salads.

• Jasmine:  Sit back, relax and enjoy Bermuda's most magnificent views and settings while sipping on a Martini from any one of our Fairmont Hotels & Resorts around the globe!  Sample our creations of Panini sandwiches and other Island specialties, served all day.  Nightly entertainment and dance to the music of Bermuda's most popular musicians.  A great selection of Cuban and International cigars are available.  Open from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m., seven days a week
• Beach Cabana:  Serves hamburgers, hot dogs, sandwiches, salads and cool drinks on the water's edge.  Hours of Operation: 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• Windows on the Sound:  An elegant restaurant with a panoramic view of the Sound, Windows on the Sound is open for breakfast only, featuring full American breakfast buffet. Hours of Operation: 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Reservations not required.  Dress Code: Smart casual
• Rib Room:  Located at the Golf Club, this traditional steakhouse offers the finest grilled specialties and an extensive salad bar.  Hours of Operation: 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Reservations: Recommended. Book your dinner reservations on-line when you make a reservation at the hotel through the website.  Dress code: Smart casual.
• Whaler Inn:  Perched on a cliff, the Whaler Inn overlooks the pink sand and aquamarine water of The Fairmont Southampton Princess Beach, East Whale Bay. This restaurant is the place to go for fresh seafood. From mid-April to October, the Whaler Inn also offers an à la carte lunch menu with a selection of salads, fish entrées and pasta.  Hours of Operation: Lunch: 11:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. (for summer only), Dinner: 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.  Reservations: For dinner required.  Dress Code: Smart casual
• Waterlot Inn:  Complete with stucco walls, low wood-beam ceilings and an expansive terrace overlooking the Bay, this historic 375-year-old waterfront restaurant is a Bermudian tradition. Long known for its French cuisine, the Waterlot Inn introduced International cuisine to the island a few years ago. Its trend-setting, award-winning restaurant menu still draws locals and tourists nightly.  Hours of Operation: 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.  Dress Code: Jacket required. Reservations: Required. • Newport Room:  Still considered the finest restaurant in Bermuda, this AAA Four-Diamond award-winning restaurant serves dinner in an atmosphere reminiscent of a grand salon on a luxury yacht. The capable culinary staff prepares contemporary French fare with mouth watering entrées.  Hours of Operation: 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.  Dress Code: Jacket is required.  Reservations: Required. • Wickets Brasserie:  Open for à la carte breakfast, lunch and dinner and perfect for late afternoon snacks,  the restaurant offers healthy, light fare, including salads, sandwiches, and pasta. Traditional English afternoon tea is also available.  Hours of Operation: Breakfast: 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., Lunch: 12:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., Afternoon tea: 4:00 p.m., Dinner: 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.   Reservations: Recommended for dinner.
